They helped us with getting our Boat storages fast and easy on the same day! I have edited my review- we showed up to our rented spot and it was already taken. I called the owners and was on hold. And had to call the reservation center back to change our spot after we walked around to find a new spot.

Angela helped me through a glitch in the insurance verification system today successfully providing an alternate method of sending verification since the listed site on the email request did not have Amelia Personal Storage in the required dropdown entry for sending insurance verification. She was very pleasant and understood the problem. Her caring about customer service was very evident. I have been a customer for 10+ years. After a somewhat slow start, the new owners have made great strides in upgrading the facility and also seem to place great emphasis on customer service. Thank you, Angela and the whole team.
